How does Homekin differ from e-design services?

We offer both in-person and e-design services. Our consultation also include video calls with our top experts to answer those difficult home-related questions, and a level of care that goes beyond e-design.

How does Homekin differ from full-service interior design?

Homekin focuses on room décor versus full-service renovations and remodels. We do not offer project management of trades, although we can recommend painter, wallcovering installers, electricians, and so on, to execute your room design. We have a sister company Urban Blueprint that can provide full-service design solutions for new builds, renovations and remodels.

What is your cancellation policy for Ask The Expert consultation?

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund.

Do I get access to trade-only brands and products by working with Homekin?

Yes! 100%! Working with Homekin gives you access to trade-only brands and products, whether its wallpaper, textiles, lighting, and furniture – this is your time to get access to the crème de la crème in the world of interiors!

How long does it take to receive my Home Bundle?

Our turn-around time for our Ask the Expert, Refresh and Makeover Bundle is 2 weeks. Our team will provide your floor plan, style boards, and shopping list within 2 weeks. We have a 45-day shopping window upon receipt of your bundle.

Can I gift a bundle?

Absolutely! We offer gift card that can be used toward our bundles and all of our products.
