When she’s not tapping away at her laptop, Gabrielle enjoys entertaining and sharing a splash of bubbly with friends. Here are some her favourite pieces to incorporate into a colourful springtime cocktail hour…

Pink Champagne Bucket

Champagne Coupe Set

Frame Cocktail Napkin Set

Clear Aalto Vase

Lidia Small Bowl Set of 6

New Tendency Rose Tray

Gabrielle and her husband love to entertain. Sometimes, this means wining and dining at home while other times, it’s a simple cocktail hour prior to going out for dinner with friends. Their home tends to be the place where everyone typically convenes for a cheeky little aperitivo before jumping in an Uber.

A New Year’s birthday girl through and through, Gabrielle alway enjoys a bit of bubbly so if you swing by her home in the coming months, you’re likely to see her sabering a champagne bottle or two (but actually. This is a carefully honed skill of hers… but more on that later!)

After months of what has seemed like an endless and dreary winter, she’s ready to embrace colour in a big way and this includes incorporating various hues into her glassware collection. To add to their selection of classic champagne flutes, Gabrielle plans to sip her Perrier Jouet from these old-meets-new, hand-blown glass coupes. The coupe shape is a nod to the aesthetic of the jazz age but yet feels modern and seasonal in this candied palette of pink and blue. The set looks particularly fun yet elegant while resting on a New Tendency Rose Tray.

While the bubbly chills in an eye-catching pink resin champagne bucket, nibbles are served. This colourful set of small glass bowls is ideal for nuts, olives and the like while the Frame Cocktail Napkins (trimmed with lime, lemon, tangerine, aqua, hot pink, and neon orange) are a simple but elevated addition to the cocktail hour.

Like everyone at Homekin, Gabrielle is a firm believer that florals can make all the difference to a space and its ambience. For the spring season, Gabrielle is partial to arranging her florals in a Clear Aalto Vase, a nod to her Finnish heritage. The vase in its organic, waved- glass form is ideal for displaying springtime blooms in an artful fashion for the perfect finishing touch.
