RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) dates of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hello@homekin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special order, non-stocking products, sale and clearance merchandise more than 20% off, pillows and linens. These items are all consider final sale.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@homekin.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Returns: All special order and non-stocking products require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Regular priced in stock furniture is eligible for store credit within 7 days. Any product accepted for store credit must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original receipt. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable after your delivery. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to have the items returned for store credit.
- Anticipated dates for special orders and non-stocking products are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. They are based upon our historical experience with each vendor and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., manufacturing delays, transportation delays, shortages of raw materials, civil disorders). Every effort will be made to keep you informed of any such delays as information is provided to us by our suppliers. Upon arrival, all products must be taken by the client within 9 days. For any products left longer, 100% payment will be required immediately, and we reserve the right to charge a monthly storage fee. No storage charges will be applied without prior communication. Homekin will not be liable for any labour or other expenses of any kind or nature incurred in connection with the sale, use or replacement of any defective product or parts.
