In addition, we don’t charge hourly fees. When you use Homekin, you pay a flat fee to receive your design package. Our team is all about transparency and we discuss your budget up front (no surprises!).
Customer service is our number one priority! Our customer service team is on call to assist you – making sure you are getting access to those exclusive designer opportunities and pricing – through our website.
Yes, we work with all budgets. Budget is discussed upfront during our questionnaire to ensure our team meets your budget expectations.

We pair you with a professional project manager and interior design who translate your inspiration into a shopping list and floor plan that’s incredibly easy to approve and implement.
Services and Packages
The only difference between the two packages is that “the makeover” offer a 3D rendering for those customers that have a very difficult type visualizing their space. The 3D rendering enables this customer to truly visualize how their vision can become a reality.
In both packages, the customer receives a floor plan, 2 style boards, shopping list, 3 revisions, and also a team to set up and style your space (if you so wish to have our team come into your home!) We would love to help set up your space (practicing COVID-19 protocols).

Our team does not coordinate or manage trades, however our sister company Urban Blueprint specializes in architectural planning, construction management and interior design, and can assist with your renovation or build services.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa) for merchandise orders and e-transfer or PayPal for design packages.
Designer Promotions and Access
Yes, there is no limit to the number of packages you can purchase. We offer promotions for customers who purchase multiple packages with Homekin.
We offer our customers preferred pricing from our vendors and we also offer to-the-trade only materials and vendors. Whether it is wallpaper, fabric, furniture, and accessories, our mission is to make interior design accessible and get your home designed in the exactly the way you imagined it to be.

The Homekin Package
