With Homekin, everyone can be happy in their home with accessible, personalized home décor and design services.

As a co-founder of design + build firm, Urban Blueprint, and a real estate broker with Debbie Penzo Team, I have spent the majority of my time in people’s homes. It is my passion to both guide people home through real estate and ensure that they are happy and inspired in their homes through design and décor that is customized for them.

Over many years and many consultations and meetings, I had a thought: How can I bring this service to more people so that everyone can live beautifully?

The result is Homekin, an online design service that gives you instant access to the expertise, products, and trades to transform your interior. We know that interior design and décor can be overwhelming, with infinite options online. Store associates from vendors are helpful, but we also don’t want your home looking like an advertisement from one vendor!

With Homekin, we use access to our team of professional interior designers and personalized analysis of your inspiration and aesthetic to provide you with style boards, renderings and a shopping list based on your budget, incorporating pieces that are already in your own home.
